COVID-19 UPDATE

You may experience temporary delay in order processing time due to our limited staff and high volumes of orders. Please note that delivery time may also be delayed by carriers as we are all working everyday to monitor and adapt to the COVID-19 situation. You will get an email when your order ships with your tracking information.

Shipping Methods

Phlona.com offers combined standard flat rate shipping to most U.S. locations, including military addresses and U.S. territories. Express delivery is available at an additional charge.

US Locations

All orders received before 12:00pm PST Monday - Friday are processed within 2 business days of payment verification. 

Pricing and delivery times for Standard and Express Shipping is as follows:

• Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $5 flat rate
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $8 flat rate

We are currently unable to offer Express Shipping options to PO Boxes, U.S. territories, or military addresses.

Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.

Final delivery of most standard orders will be completed by USPS mail carriers. In some cases end delivery will be completed by FedEx or UPS. Please note that carriers are selected based upon the delivery address.

We value our customer's trust and aim to provide the highest level of security possible. In some cases, additional information may be required to process your order. You may be contacted to verify your order information. Your order will be shipped the same day your order information is verified.
